We’re sorry that your online purchase did not work out. ANJEL’S BOUTIQUE accepts returns for STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGE OR GIFT CARD within 7-days of receipt on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached and item is in same condition as received.
STORE CREDIT, GIFT CARD OR EXCHANGE is given for returns received within 14-days of the original delivery date. All Returns will be inspected prior to initiating the store credit, exchange or gift card. We’re sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS/FINAL SALES
Sale items are not available for returns, exchanges or store credit. “Sale” Items are considered any item(s) under a “sale” Category or labeled as “sale” or any items that a Promotional Code was applied to.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund. When in doubt, always give us a call for assistance.
Exchanges can only be applied once per order. Multiple Exchanges on the same order is not available. Please contact us if you have sizing questions. We are here for our customers and will do everything we can to ensure your purchase meet or exceed your expectations.
STORE CREDIT
If you prefer a store credit instead of an exchange, please let us know in your return order and we will be happy to issue you an online credit in the amount of the return.
RETURNING
Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
REFUND
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid, in the form of store credit, exchange or gift card.
